  • Where are you located?

    We currently provide in-person services (home or school) in all of Greenpoint and North Williamsburg. Virtual speech services are offered in all of NY or NJ and virtual nutrition services are available across the country.

  • Do you take insurance?

    We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time. A super-bill can be provided for submission to your insurance company for potential reimbursement depending on your insurance plan and the services you receive.

  • How long are therapy sessions?

    Sessions are typically 45 or 60 mins, however, this will depend on each individual, their goals, and family preferences. Duration and frequency will be discussed during an initial in-take phone call and again after the first session.

  • Do I need to be present during my child's session?

    Families and caregivers are expected to be present and participate in all in-home or remote sessions. This will allow for caregiver training so families can continue to target therapy goals throughout the week, ensuring optimal success.

  • How do I make payments?

    We currently accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check payments. All payments are expected to be received the day services are provided.
